Schedule

Saturday (4th January, 2025) - 10:30 AM onwards - Team Event of 7 Rounds OF 8 Boards each (Top 8 Teams will play all on Sunday)

Sunday (5th January, 2025) - 10:30 am -

• Play All Final of 8 qualified Team- 7 rounds of 8 boards each
• 11 am - Match Point Pairs of 2 Sessions

Entry fees

Team Event: Rs 4500

Pairs Event: Rs 1200

Online Registration will open on 15th December 2024 and close on 2nd January 2025 or before.

How to Register

After successful transfer of Entry fees for Team Event, Captains should send the screenshot of the payment on What's app of Saumitra Basu (9903219948) with under mentioned detail, failure to that no Team will be accepted.

• Name of the Team
• Name of the Captain with WhatsApp number
• Name of the Payee
• Number of Players
• Numbers of Vegetarian (Please note, lunch will be served accordingly.

For PAIRS Event send the following:

• Name of the Players
• WhatsApp number of one player
• Name of Payee
• Food option (Veg or Non Veg)- Once declared food option cannot be changed on the playing day
