Refund Policy

Once you purchase our Services or Products you can avail the refund in case you are not happy with the services. But your request of refund will be examined thoroughly and our executive member will reach out to you for any clarification that is needed. Once everything is validated, You can request the refund if approved.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items/Services must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the refund.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our executive member or via the website they will guide you.
- If you have bought some items then pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
- Ship the item to the following address. 200/2C Rashbehari Avenue 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700029, West Bengal, INDIA
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- In certain tournament you will be eligible for refund in case of unavoidable situation where the player(s) is unable to participate. The final decision will be based on the organizing comittee's decision. In that case you may receive full refund or % refund.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be applied to the same credit card. Refunds for cash payments will be issued as store credit.
4. Timeframe
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
