Notice is hereby given that the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the West Bengal Bridge Association will be held on 29th September’2024 at Calcutta Bridge Club (CBC), Kolkata-700003 at 12 noon. 

AGENDA

Ordinary Business: 

1. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 20th August’2023. 

2. To consider and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the financial year 2023-2024. 

3. To consider and adopt the Audited Accounts for the financial year 2023-2024. 

4. Appointment of Auditors’ with terms & fees. 

5. Any other matter with the permission of the chair. 

Special Business: 

1. All Bridge Units have to follow SAI guidelines (Society Registration, Bank account). 

2. Revision of Annual Registration fee. 

3. WBBA Property sale (Office premises).
