Whether it was the thrill of a last-minute squeeze or pulling the right card to make the opponent helpless, the camaraderie in the playing arena, or the kindness shown to teammates and opponents alike, Manas Mukherjee left an indelible mark on our hearts.

He was a Grand Master and won many prestigious tournaments like RUIA, Singhania, Holkar, Bhartia etc. in India and across the world as well. He once the captain of Indian Railways team. His recent success in the world level came on 2012 World Bridge Games, France where he represented Team India and qualified in the Pre-Quaterfinal of Open team event among 59 teams. His achivements is countless.
