Today, we pause to remember and celebrate the life of an extraordinary player, Manas Mukherjee who left us on 21st October 2024 for his eternal journey. His passion for the game and unwavering spirit inspired everyone around them. Whether it was the thrill of a last-minute squeeze or pulling the right card to make the opponent helpless, the camaraderie in the playing arena, or the kindness shown to teammates and opponents alike, Manas Mukherjee left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Beyond their impressive skills on the playing arena, Manas Mukherjee embodied the true essence of sportsmanship. He taught us that the game is not just about winning, but about the friendships we forge and the memories we create. Their laughter, determination, and love for the sport will forever resonate in our hearts.

As we remember Manas Mukherjee, let us honor his legacy by continuing to play with the same passion and integrity they exemplified. He may no longer be with us, but his spirit will always be a part of our beloved game.

He was a Grand Master and won many prestigious tournaments like RUIA, Singhania, Holkar, Bhartia etc. in India and across the world as well. He once the captain of Indian Railways team. His recent success in the world level came on 2012 World Bridge Games, France where he represented Team India and  qualified in the Pre-Quaterfinal of Open team event among 59 teams. His achivements is countless.

Rest in peace, Manas Mukherjee. Thank you for the unforgettable moments. You will always be missed but never forgotten. ❤️
