1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM

2. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report

3. Presentation and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st March, 2025

4. Election of Office Bearers and Executive Committee Members.

5. Appointment of Auditor for the ensuing year

6. Discussion on matters submitted by members (if any)

7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

• Members who wish to propose any item for discussion must submit it in writing to the Hon. Secretary by 1^st June, 2025.
