Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the West Bengal Bridge Association will be held on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at 7:30 PM at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Hall 5.

Agenda

1. To confirm the proceedings of the previous General Meeting.
2. To review the activities of the Association since the last AGM.
3. To place the annual administrative and financial report before the members.
4. To discuss tournament calendar, development activities, and future programmes.
5. To consider any resolutions brought forward with the permission of the Chair.
6. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

All members are requested to attend the meeting and participate in the deliberations.
